At Boggie Byrds Toys and Collectables, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains how refunds, returns, and exchanges are handled for both physical and digital products. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1). Physical Products

We accept returns of physical products within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition

  • Packaging must be intact and in an acceptable condition to resell

  • Proof of purchase is required

1.2 Return Shipping Costs

​

Return shipping costs are covered by Boggie Byrds. If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, damaged item), we will cover the return shipping.

1.3 Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds typically take 10-21 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

1.4 Non‑Returnable Physical Items

​

Certain items may not be eligible for return, such as:

  • Clearance or final‑sale items

  • Perishable or hygiene‑sensitive products

2). Digital Products

​

2.1 All Sales Are Final

​

Due to the nature of digital goods, all digital product sales are final once the product has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed.

2.2 Exceptions

​

A refund may be issued if:

  • The digital file is defective or corrupted

  • You are unable to access the product due to a technical issue on our end

In such cases, we may request screenshots or error details to help resolve the issue before issuing a refund.

3). Order Cancellations

3.1 Physical Products

Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.

3.2 Digital Products

​

Digital product orders cannot be canceled once the download link or access has been delivered.

4). Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If you receive a damaged or incorrect physical product:

  • Contact us within 10 days of delivery

  • Provide photos of the item and packaging

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost

5).  International Orders

For international customers:

  • Refunds are issued in the original payment currency

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non‑refundable

  • Return shipping costs may be higher depending on your location

6). Compliance With Regional Consumer Laws

We comply with applicable consumer protection and e‑commerce laws in the regions where we operate. This means:

  • If your local laws provide additional rights (such as mandatory cooling‑off periods, warranty protections, or digital‑goods regulations), those rights will be honored.
