  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

1.2 Digital Products

  • Digital products are delivered instantly or within 24 hours via email or your customer account.

  • If you do not receive your digital product, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.

2). Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, shipping method, and order weight.

2.1 Domestic Shipping

  • Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and your location.

  • Estimated delivery times: 5-21 business days.

  • Tracking information will be provided within 72 hours after order is processed and shipped.

2.2 International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide. Please note:

  • Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

  • Estimated delivery times: 7–28 business days, depending on region.

  • Customers are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by their country.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, international carriers, or border restrictions.

  • Some countries may restrict certain items; customers must ensure products are permitted in their region before ordering.

3). Shipping Carriers

We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc. Carrier availability may vary depending on your location.

4). Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

  • If your tracking information has not updated after 72 Hours, please contact us.

 

5). Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Lost packages resulting from address errors

  • Additional fees charged by carriers for address corrections

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

6). Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, it becomes the carrier’s responsibility.

We are not liable for:

  • Packages marked as “delivered” but not received

  • Delays caused by carriers or customs

  • Lost or stolen packages

 

If your package is missing, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. We will assist, if possible, but we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for carrier‑related issues.

If your order contains pre‑order or backordered items:

  • Your entire order may ship together once all items are available

  • Estimated shipping dates will be provided on the product page

  • Delays may occur due to manufacturing or supplier issues
