• Access to digital products is typically delivered instantly however can take up to 24 hours.to receive your purchase.

• Digital products are non‑returnable and non‑refundable once delivered, unless required by applicable law.

• Digital products are delivered instantly or within 24 hours, depending on the product type.

4.4 Shipping Errors

• We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

5.1 Physical Products

​

• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be, in the original condition upon time of packaging, although Boggie Byrds sells “open box items” all products are inspected before placing them for sale.

• Boggie Byrds will take responsibility for all return shipping costs

• Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

5.2 Digital Products

​

• Due to the nature of digital goods, all digital product sales are final.

• Refunds may only be issued if the product is defective or inaccessible, and only after troubleshooting steps have been completed.

6. Cancellations

• Orders for physical products may be canceled within 24 hours if they have not yet shipped.

• Digital product orders cannot be canceled once the download link or access has been delivered.
